Yale Mba, MBA interviews I read Robin Cole's message on the East Coast trip. I'm glad that the
trip was worth it. I'm flying out to Chicago on 10/10 to visit UMichigan,
UChicago, and Northwestern. I had made up my mind to go out there but was
still unsure that it would be worth the expense. Now I'm more excited
than ever.
Does anybody have any information or experience with these schools? Any
information on Faculty to see, Admission people to talk to, etc would be
greatly appreciated.Sounds like y... Gary Glen Price-Yale Law? I just noticed that you posted a very interesting list of the 50 schools most
represented at Harvard Law on the PR board. When you do it for Yale, I'd love
to see it posted here, since I don't usually check the teen-angst filled
Princeton Review board and Harvard and Yale Law seem to attract quite different
students. The original posting of the Harvard Law list to which you refer was here
on news:soc.college.admissions. Links to that analysis and discussions
of it are shown below.

City Un... Widener University School Of Law, Which law school... As I slowly receive my acceptance letters from various law schools, I'm
faced with the deciding where to go. I do want to focus on IP and
International Law. I've been accepted to Santa Clara, Chicago-Kent, and
Case Western so far...
Does anyone out have an opinion on which has the best IP program? For one opinion, see "Which law school should I attend if I am

There were a limited ... Widener Law School, Anyone know anything about law school? I am a Senior in college and have decided that after I graduate I want
to go to law school (in San Diego or Riverside area). I am hoping that
someone can answer these questions:
1.Are you expected to have a high GPA (3.5 or above) to be admitted
into many law schools?)
2.Is it relatively easy to get a job making a decent salary after you
pass the bar? For example, am I going to be able to get a job making
at least $80k in the first few years. It has to be worth it for me to
... MBA Rankings, and Exec MBA vs. Regular MBA This time the questions, for those of you who care to stay on topic,
are:
1. If a school's full-time MBA program has a certain rating, will
that tend to reflect on the part-time program as well? For example, I
am thinking of doing the U of MD program (The Smith School of
Business), since the location is good for me, and as in-state student
I can actually afford the tuition. The full-time program is rated 25
by Business Week, which is not great, but it's not bad, either.
Bu... Should I get a MBA?? Hey I am about to embark on my jr year in undergraduate study at Samford
Univ and I was wondering what yal think about getting a masters in Business
Administration. I really do not like the feeling of 2 more years of school
but nowadays it seems like the only way to be well off. I plan on getting
married after college then getting a job then think about getting a masters
although I do not want to go to anymore school? Is it realy necessary to
get a MBA nowadays or is it ok not to ... Whittier Law School, law school question I would like to go to law school. I do not have a bachelors degree. I am a
Registered Nurse. Anyone know of any "good" law schools that are accredited
and will take less than a bachelors degree for acceptance?I don't know where you live, but in most states, you need a bachelor's
to enter law school. California is one of the few states where you
can get a license after going to law schools that don't necessarily
require a bachelor's. Most of those schools are NOT ABA-accredited.
... What kind of non-lawyer job can I get with a law degree? If you'll indulge me for a moment - I'm a 2nd year law student at a
middle of the road law school (low 1st tier/high 2nd tier). Long
story short - I'm not doing so hot (~C/C+ average), especially after a
mandatory grading curve implemented by the school last summer. I am
worried about paying off my loans, much less supporting myself, after
graduating from law school. Plus I can't seem to even get any
interviews for summer clerkships/internships, even at the public
defender's off... What Can You Do With A Law Degree Is there a law school that offers a degree program via the internet?Could have swore I saw on CNN's Burden Of Proof today that Regents had been
approved by the A.B.A. to offer the degree via Internet. Could have been that
they were asking for approval. I only caught it before they broke for
commercial.
I'm sorry, I didn't realise you were in the US, It's a bog standard LLB from
the University of London, if you wanted to practise in the USA, you would have
to sit the US bar exam... What Can You Do With A Business Degree Does the Master have the authority to "drop down" the Lodge, so that EA's
or
FC's can participate in the business of the Lodge without taking part in
any

"all of the college or school students of a particular year" and
"a group of students or pupils who are taught together." It
refers to "students" in the plural.
I will presume that your school teaches them how a lodge operates, as

This is what my eldest daughter asked me tonight? You can do lots of things with a law degree - Defendants have made a number
of (interesting but probably anatomically impossible) suggestions to me
over the years :-)
Oh I don't know. one particular spineless solicitor in the Prenton area
of Birkenhead could quite easily manage it I'm sure (and then still make

It's a perfectly respectable academic degree qualification... What Can I Do With Accounting Degree, Would like advice on accounting degree? Hi. I have a degree, but would like to get a second degree in accounting.
There seems to be Masters of Accounting degrees and the general Bachelor's
degrees in business concentrating on accounting. Is the Master's degree
actually worth more than the Bachelor's degree? Because I was thinking of
getting the Master's, but I've never seen any accouting job listings asking
for the Master's degree. Do they even care or is it a fluff degree some
schools offer for "professionals"? Any opinio... What can you do with a Social Studies degree? I noticed some people here are talking about going to college to study
social sciences and history. But what can you do with a degree in that
field? What is the point of going to college to study something like
Ancient History? While it may be interesting, what can you do for a job
once you get out of college (besides academia)? But seriously, you need to develop some job skills so you can get a job in
business somewhere. Your major probably won't lead directly to a job, but
if you... Wharton Mba Is it true that graduates of the undergraduate program at Wharton do not
need a master's degree and go straight to a job and make gobs of money? That's what Wharton wants you to think.
The truth is that you will get the degree of success in life, and from your
education, that relates to your effort. Wharton students occasionally think
that, because they are there, they are the only people who will ever be
successful-- and the school encourages this-- just look at the T-Shirts for

other law students who use mac are able to access Westlaw and
Lexis-Nexis through modem. Any information would be greatly appreciated.Accessing Lexis and Westlaw on a Mac via modem is relatively easy, once
provided with the requisite software. The two companies should provide
you with software, once you arrive at school. Be forewarned, though,
your school may not allow 1ls to use Lexis or Westlaw. The rational... Virginia Law School, Shooting at VA Law School Dean of the school and a professor are dead, three others shot, suspect in

Environmental Law??Unless there is virtually no question about your desire to become an
environmental lawyer, you might want to look at a school that has other
strong programs. I am not sure how strong Vermont is in other fields.
Being a third year at Oregon (also ranked fairly high in environmental
law), I have seen countless students arrive with the intent to go out

the rest. Grads of the better known programs see a nice bump in
salary and often are in better firms on a better career path. That
said, it certainly is possible to do well in many business areas such
as sales and marketing without and MBA. Let's face it, most jobs are

at dental schools in the US (for financial reasons)? I'd also be
interested in hearing about patients' experiences.Around here the dental schools are expensive. That said, it depends

a complicated treatment done.
It will take them five years to do.

in USA and in canada tooYou can't really put the name "best" on any given dental school. Each school
has its strengths and weaknesses. Its like saying (I understand you're from
Canada) which school is better, Waterloo or McGill. In the field of
engineering, McGill is not fit to hold Waterloo's jock straps but if we shift
to sciences, Waterloo is no match.

The University of Detroit/Mercy Dental Schools for the fall of 2000. I

Uof Michigan is older and located on the campus. Of course it has the

Overall, the proportion of top 10 percent students in the freshman class has
